9 Must-Try Egg Recipes for Any Time of the Day

Eggs are a versatile and nutrient-dense meal choice for any time of day, and I will gladly eat them in almost any form! They are nutritional powerhouses as they offer high-quality protein (approx. 6g per egg) as well essential nutrients like choline, vitamin D, and more. 

I also adore egg dishes because typically they are very quick to prepare. I will always welcome a plate served with two fried eggs, buttered toast, and a side of fresh fruit… that’s just mealtime perfection for me at any hour. 

However, when I have a few extra minutes, these are a few of my favorite recipes where eggs are the star of the show; they are all perfect anytime recipes!

1. Low Carb Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites

To make this more health conscious, I typically use turkey bacon nowadays, and it’s equally as tasty!
