
Eggs are a versatile and nutrient-dense meal choice for any time of day, and I will gladly eat them in almost any form! They are nutritional powerhouses as they offer high-quality protein (approx. 6g per egg) as well essential nutrients like choline, vitamin D, and more.
I also adore egg dishes because typically they are very quick to prepare. I will always welcome a plate served with two fried eggs, buttered toast, and a side of fresh fruitβ¦ thatβs just mealtime perfection for me at any hour.
