Around here we love our easy appetizers, starters and snacks… and we don’t think they’re just for special occasions! One of our favorite ways to spend time together as a family are our weekly “Small Bite Night”. Small Bite Night typically happens on Friday or Saturday at our house. We’ll make or purchase appetizers and dips and nibble the night away! It’s a nice break from the ordinary dinner routine, and we always enjoy the social, no-fuss change of pace.

In this post, I’m sharing a few of my previously published anytime, small bites! These are tried and true family favorite appetizer recipes, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

  1. Marcelle, I love the idea of ‘small bites’ evening. When my kids were younger on Friday nights, the adults would do charcuterie, and the kids could eat whatever they wanted (it usually involved the microwave, laugh).
The appetizers you highlighted are really good.

  2. Marcelle, these sound wonderful! I rarely make dips because my husband does not eat them, but once in a while when he’s away I’ll make a big batch of one and just eat that morning, noon, and night!

  3. happy new year to you! all the best for 2025.
    cheers
